Usage
In the back office, choose the "Manage Recast chatbots" feature.
Create a new Bot using the "Add Bot" button and highlighting the following elements:
- The alphanumeric identifier of the bot (identification key for the ChatBot plugin)
- The name, description, and avatar of the bot that will appear in the ChatBot plugin interface
- The language of the bot (allowing to select the language on the Recast platform)
- The authorization Token (corresponds to the Request Access Token needed to access the bot on the Recast platform)
- Status: active or inactive
