The Front-Office user has, besides a MyLutece account, a CRM user account. This account allows the user to have the most important information centralized for multiple authentication instances.
The account management is only accessible to authenticated users and by the following url :
jsp/site/Portal.jsp?page=crm&action=modify_crm_user
The CRM user account are created only when an user access to the CRM interface.
